With more than 30 years of dance experience, Sheena Schuler blends movement, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to create a welcoming practice that helps participants reconnect with themselves. Drawing from belly dance, Afro-Caribbean movement, and other embodied traditions, her classes explore how the body stores stress, emotion, and lived experience, focusing on how intentional movement can create the conditions to release what no longer needs to be carried. There is no choreography, no performance, and no experience required, just an invitation to move, breathe, and return to the intelligence of your body.

Sheena teaches Mindful Movement Mindful Movement on Saturdays at 10AM.
