Hackensack Moves Dance Company
For adults ages 18 and up, with experience or strong interest in African dance, Modern dance, or both.
CMDE is excited to announce auditions for the new Hackensack Moves Dance Company, dedicated to celebrating movement, culture, our local community, and storytelling through West African and Modern dance. This company brings together dancers of diverse backgrounds to create powerful, expressive works rooted in tradition and contemporary movement.
To be a part of the company, we expect commitment to rehearsals and performances. Each dancer will be paid a stipend for their time in the company. Dancers should be open to learning, collaboration, and cultural exploration. Prior professional experience is not required: commitment, curiosity, and a positive attitude are essential!

October 3rd: Oktoberfest parade
