A free, 12-week creative dance program for youth ages 10–17

Do you have a child between the ages of 10 and 17 who are always making up dances or trying to get everyone up to dance? Well, this is your child’s chance to shine! Center for Modern Dance Education presents ChoreoLab, an opportunity for your child to have their skills honed and recognized while showcasing and supporting their creativity.

Beginning March 2nd, your children will be working with 2 trained professionals, Lateefah Fleming and Lori Manning, each with over 25 years in the dance and art world, to coach, encourage and nurture the dancer and choreographer within each child.

This 12 week program is a free offering, funded by the Lillian Schenck Foundation.

We will meet at the Center for Modern Dance studios twice a week: Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30.

Projects the kids are working on can be showcased at our works in progress Cameo show on March 14th and our end of year show on June 6th.
