This is an exercise & dance class for women.
The level is beginner to intermediate.
Learn shoulder rolls, shimmies, arm stylings, balance, how to turn and lots of fun dance steps to try.
Then we will work out together, strengthening and stretching. A combination of Pilates, Yoga and dance exercises.
