Afro-Modern Dance Company is CMDE’s new youth company. This high-energy performance group is open to Teen and Young adult dancers with some dance or drumming experience and a strong desire to learn African dance and perform.

AFRO-MODERN COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR DANCERS!

Ages 12-21 years with some paid position positions for Bergen County residents 16 years and older. Must be highly motivated to dance and learn. Experience is a plus but self taught dancers are welcome to audition. Audition consists primarily in an observed African dance class with some Modern included. Dancers may also show a short choreographed or improvised solo
