CMDE Classes Summer 2019

Tuesday, 11:00 AM – Noon: Modern Dancercise (Adults – Seniors)
A fun easy going mix of dance, Yoga and exercise to tone, stretch, strengthen, relax, and exhilarate.

Wednesday, 3:00 – 4:00 PM: Gentle Yoga (Adults – Seniors)
Yoga poses, simple meditation, and breathing practices to gently stretch, balance, relax, and renew. Adapted for all abilities.

Wednesday, 4:10 – 5:00 PM: Dance Sampler (Ages 3 – 6)
A fun introduction to the language of dance using a variety of music, props,stories and creative play to encourage expression and  learn basic dance techniques.

Wednesday, 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Dance Sampler (Ages 6 – 12)
A fun introduction to the language of dance using a variety of music, props,stories and creative play to encourage expression and  learn basic dance techniques.

Wednesday, 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Dance Sampler (Ages 12 – Adult)
A fun introduction to the language of dance using a variety of music, props,stories and creative play to encourage expression and  learn basic dance techniques.
