In this 60-minute class, you’ll explore the archetypes of the Forbidden Feminine—warrior, mother, lover, creator—through movements that awaken your body, spirit, and sensuality. Expect a grounding warm-up, guided exploration of each archetype, and a closing integration that leaves you rooted, radiant, and unapologetically alive. No dance experience required—just a willingness to move, release, and reclaim your feminine fire.

This is not a “dance class”, it’s an awakening. We will not be focusing on choreography, but movement. Please bring a long skirt and wear comfortable clothing.
