Claire Porter’s Dancing Workout begins with a warmup of full body connection, progresses to fun aerobic dancing, and concludes with deep stretching. Her 1½ hour class is unique in its emphasis on alignment in action, fluid level changes, and 3-dimensional movement. Come away feeling grounded and connected to your body. Over time increase your stability, ease, flexibility, and strength.
