African Dance and Drum Company is CMDE’s new youth company. This high-energy performance group is open to Teen and Young adult dancers with some dance or drumming experience and a strong desire to learn African dance and perform. Students’ first class will serve as an informal audition. Company members will be paid on a sliding scale depending on age and experience.
