CMDE Classes Summer 2019

Tuesday, 11:00 AM – Noon: Modern Dancercise (Adults – Seniors)
A fun easy going mix of dance, Yoga and exercise to tone, stretch, strengthen, relax, and exhilarate.

Wednesday, 3:00 – 4:00 PM: Gentle Yoga (Adults – Seniors)
Yoga poses, simple meditation, and breathing practices to gently stretch, balance, relax, and renew. Adapted for all abilities.

Thursday, 11:00 AM – Noon: Modern Dancercise (Adults – Seniors)
A fun easy going mix of dance, Yoga and exercise to tone, stretch, strengthen, relax, and exhilarate.
